Who doesn’t love a curry right? Well for those that don’t, check out our Butternut and Carrot soup, that should be mild enough 😉

We love a curry and Mr M needs to have one at least once a week otherwise bad things happen to him (think Werewolf!) so to keep in with the healthy eating plan we found this cracking recipe within the Slimming World magazine. We have adapted it slightly for our own tastes and it tastes great.
