Juicy and tasty. Just a couple of words to describe chicken wrapped in parma ham!  A true taste of of a place far away (or perhaps just a bus ride away if you live in London!)

Perfect for a mid-week dinner or something to share with friends at a weekend.  Minimal washing up and maximum taste!

Parma ham (of you can use prosciutto if you have this available) is a great way of keeping the moisture inside the chicken while it bakes in the oven.  Served with a selection of seasonal vegetables this can be very quickly turned into a lavish feast by adding extra dishes like potato wedges, corn on the cob, garlic bread or just a glass of wine!
