A quick and easy seasoning for meat. A simple marinade for chicken or pork. Can increase the intensity of the chilli by adding a few more of the spicy fellas if you want to.


  • 1 red chilli (including seeds
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • small bunch of coriander
  • thumbsize piece of ginger
  • drizzle of olive oil


Remove the skin from the garlic and ginger, place all ingredients in a food mixer or coffee grinder and blitz until all combined together.

If you don’t have a food mixer or coffee grinder you can use a pestle and mortar for the same results. Spread over the meat and leave to marinade for 24 hours.
