Remember when you were on that fantastic holiday and you promised yourself that you would keep on eating just as you have been for the last 2 weeks?  Well, if you’re anything like us then that promise to yourself is quickly forgotten as you land back home and raid the cupboard for familiar treats and snacks.

Shame on us but it’s what we all do (you know you do it too!)

So, to try and give ourselves a little taste of holiday we created this ever so simple dish.  A staple in most restaurants it seems but when done well it can be a lovely treat and it is something that you can prepare without any fuss too.
